Do you have a showroom?

A:

Coquo modules are available at our Montreal showroom, located at 7865 Saint-Laurent Boulevard. Note: the showroom of our sister company Cuisines Steam is located in the same building.

It is also possible to visit a coquo kitchen at the MUST Société store, located at 1965 Autoroute des Laurentides in Laval (open to everyone).

Q:

Where are coquo modules manufactured?

A:

All coquo modules are manufactured in our Montreal workshop. Our team of seasoned experts and craftsmen manufactures and assembles all coquo modules.

Q:

Do coquo modules come with countertops?

A:

All modules from the Radix and Volitare collections are sold without countertops. Only the Braccas island module can be ordered with or without a countertop. The countertop option is available in FENIX NTM, an innovative and high performance product.

Q:

Can I have a custom countertop installed on the coquo modules?

A:

A custom countertop, in the material of your choice, can be fitted to one or a combination of your coquo modules. A ½” (13mm) to ¾ "(19mm) thick countertop is recommended. Contact your local countertop dealer for more information.

Q:

Are coquo modules adjustable?

A:

The legs of the coquo modules are adjustable and offer a 1/2 inch (13 mm) adjustment, whether higher or lower.

Are coquo modules environmentally friendly?

A:

Environmentally conscious and using sustainable local materials, our craftsmen take every possible precaution to limit our ecological footprint.

Do you offer custom kitchen solutions?

How can I buy a coquo module?

A:

Ready to order? Whether you are looking to buy one or multiple modules, you can proceed with your order online. You can also visit us at our showroom or contact us by phone or email and a modular specialist will gladly help you.

Payments by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted.

Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies

Q:

What are the return, exchange and cancellation policies?

A:

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase but we also understand that you can change your mind. We will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Returns and exchanges

If you want to return or exchange a module, you have a 7-day period following the reception of your order. The unused module must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any refund will be made according to the original method of payment once the module is inspected. The cost of return shipping will be assumed by the customer.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Contact a modular specialist to request authorization to return or exchange merchandise and have an estimate of the cost of return delivery. If customs fees apply, these will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs

Note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation

The cancellation of an order can only be made within the first 24 business hours of the confirmation of the order. It is unfortunately impossible to cancel an order once the production has started. Contact a modular specialist to request authorization to cancel the order.

Q:

What should I do if my coquo module is damaged or defective?

A:

If your order has been delivered to you damaged or defective, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible by email: support@coquo.ca or by phone: 514-379-3447 (toll-free: 1-833-607-3447).

Shipping Options, Applicable Taxes and Customs Fees

Q:

What are the shipping options and costs? Applicable taxes and custom fees?

A:

Standard shipping (curbside delivery)

Coquo delivers directly to your door across Canada and the 50 states of the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. However, please allow a minimum of 5 to 10 business days for shipping after the production of your order is completed. Note that an additional delivery period may apply for a remote region as well as for the US states of Alaska and Hawaii.

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include removal of packaging materials.

  • The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. 2. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver. 
  • Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. 
  • A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. 
  • For inside delivery quotes, contact us  HERE  for the additional fees.

Expedited shipping

Coquo is able to offer expedited shipping for some orders.  Contact a modular specialist to make a request and get an estimate of the expedited delivery charges.

Delivery - Freight

For larger modules and/or module combinations orders, one of our freight partners will contact you as soon as your order is ready to schedule the delivery. Delivery times are variable depending on the destination, please allow 5 to 10 working days.

No other delivery service is available at the moment.

Pick-up

If you live in the greater Montreal area, you can contact a modular specialist to validate the possibility of picking up your order.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout through the website. 

INITIUM starter kit

  • A flat $15 CAD/USD fee is required for the delivery of the INITIUM starter kit.

Please note that additional charges may apply for a remote area as well as for the US states of Alaska and Hawaii. For more information on shipping costs, contact a modular specialist who will be happy to help you.

Change of delivery address

It is possible to change the delivery address once your order has left the shipping center. A fee of $100 is required to make this change. Note that there is also an additional delivery time of 1 to 10 business days.

Number of delivery attempts

Our standard shipping service offers a maximum of 3 delivery attempts over a period of 5 working days. You also have the option to retrieve your order from an access point after the first two attempts. After the 3rd delivery attempt your order will be re-shipped to our workshop and the shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

Delivery at a later date

It is possible to hold your order without charge and to postpone the delivery date for a maximum of 5 working days once your order has left our workshop. After this period, additional storage and delivery charges will apply. If your order has not yet left our workshop and you would like to postpone the delivery date, please contact a modular specialist to make a request, please note that storage fees may apply.

Taxes

If your order is shipped to Canada, sales taxes applicable to your province will be collected.

Customs fee

If your order is shipped to the United States, customs fees are already included in delivery charges.

Assembly, Warranty and Care

Q:

How do I assemble my coquo modules?

A:

Coquo modules are pre-assembled and require little assembly. An instruction sheet detailing all installation steps will be included in the box.

Do you offer installation services?

A:

All coquo modules are designed so that you can install them yourself, easily and quickly. An instruction sheet detailing all installation steps will be included in the box.

Q:

What warranty do you offer?

A:

All coquo modules offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to the domestic use of our modules. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use of the module. There may be a slight variation in the colour or pattern of the wood, our samples are for reference purposes only. The colour variation of a natural material such as wood and the movement of such materials are not guaranteed. The original invoice is required for any claim.

In case of manufacturing defect

After evaluation, coquo will decide if the module is covered or not by the warranty. If it is covered, coquo will repair the module or replace it with an identical or similar module. Coquo will cover the cost of repairs, replacement parts, labour and labour expenses, provided the module is accessible for repair without incurring additional costs. All unauthorized repair work by coquo is excluded. In the event that a module is no longer sold by coquo, coquo will provide an appropriate replacement module. The appropriate replacement is at the sole discretion of coquo.

Terms

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of your module. The original invoice is required for any claim.

No additional warranty is offered.

Q:

How do I clean coquo modules?

A:

Oak is solid, hard and very resistant to moisture. Here are some tips that will allow you to extend the life of your coquo module:

  • Clean your module with mild soap and water using a cloth;
  • Wipe spills as soon as possible;
  • Do not use abrasive solutions, bleach or “Magic Eraser” type products.
